Delta Sports Group is a full-service sports and entertainment agency founded by first-round pick and All-Pro tackle Jammal Brown. We represent athletes from their first NIL deal to the contract that defines their career, and we stay with them after the last snap.
Our story
The game is short. The plan isn't.
Jammal Brown was a unanimous All-American and Outland Trophy winner at Oklahoma, the 13th overall pick in the 2005 NFL Draft, a first-team All-Pro and a Super Bowl champion. He spent his career protecting a quarterback's blind side. He started Delta to protect athletes' careers the same way.
He knows the rookie deal from the inside, what it takes to earn a second contract, and what it costs to leave the game without a plan. Every Delta client gets that perspective, along with a team built to act on it.
That team includes NFLPA-certified contract advisors, a licensed attorney, a former SEC recruiter, NIL agents and a concierge staff. Together we handle contracts, NIL, draft preparation, marketing and brand partnerships, career transition and philanthropy, so our clients can focus on the work.
